The location of this hotel was perfect for us. We were right in the heart of the downtown area, with plenty of restaurants and shopping areas within walking distance. The hotel was also conveniently close to Metro stations, making it easy for us to explore the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Great location next to a huge selection of international restaurants. Good facilities, especially the kitchen, a/v equipment in the room and the pool. Friendly staff.

It's proximity to Xin Tiandi, the comfort, cosiness and convenience makes it a place like home.

It is noted that the bed linen were not changed for the duration of my four nights stay. There is room for improvement here.

We got great value for our money with a spacious and clean apartment and nice city skyline views. The location was excellent, close to Metro stations and central to many attractions. The staff were helpful and accommodating, allowing us a late check out.

great proximity to Xintiandi and accessible to Nanjing Road. The apartment is clean and luxurious.

The aircon control panel are all in chinese so it was not easily for one to make adjustments. Connection to wireless internet was an issue at first but was resolved with technical support. Phone did not work as well.

The rental appartment was very well furnished and very pleasant; nice view too. All the team was kind and helpfull. Very nice week. Warmly recommended.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness, great transportation links to the central shopping area with many upscale malls like iAPM mall, and convenient breakfast-serving restaurants. The location in the downtown area allowed for us to take walks and enjoy the plethora of restaurants nearby. Finally, staff made our stay even more enjoyable.

The size of the Appartment and the service

We had problems with the Parking. We had to park our car out of the Hotel property and it was very expensive

We travelled as a family of 4 with 2 adult children. We converted the study into a single room. We ended up with 3 bedrooms which was quite comfortable. We stayed at the 27th floor, the city night view was fantastic. The self-contained apartment is a plus for us. We cooked when we felt like it. The maid service was wonderful. One day we were in a rush, we didn't clean our plates after breakfast, she even cleaned them all for us. The staff was efficient, I gave 2 hours notice for the hotel to arrange pick-up service at the airport which was promptly done. The hotel is within reach of most tourist attractions. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby the XiTianDi.

The apartment we stayed in was incredibly spacious with two big rooms and a comfortable sofa bed in the study. The kitchen was well-equipped and the daily housekeeping service was a plus. We loved the huge TVs in every room and the location was perfect, right next to trendy night spots and great restaurants. The staff were excellent and went above and beyond to assist with arranging trips and transportation. I highly recommend Lanson Place Jinlin Tiandi Residence for families looking for comfort, space, and amenities.

We loved the fully furnished kitchen and the selection of free snacks. The hotel's location near Xintiandi was perfect, with a wide range of restaurants and shops just steps away. The lobby was impressive and the reception staff was friendly. we felt right at home at Lanson Place Jinlin Tiandi Residence. Highly recommended. Overall I would recommend this hotel.
